Certified

Certified & Insured. ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certified Inspector

Experienced

6 Years of Home Inspection and Construction Management experience. Jennifer has completed over 1200 home inspections.

Thorough

You can count on a quality, informative assessment of the home.

“Jennifer was great! Obviously experienced and thorough, her report was detailed and still understandable for someone not well versed in the language of home inspections. She even found some issues with ductwork that the installation company had missed, which would have been harmful to us if left un-repaired! I highly recommended Happy Home Inspections.”

“Jennifer was careful, thoughtful and incredibly thorough. I think that there is a big difference between an adequate inspection and an extraordinary inspection. Jennifer provides the latter. She crawled in tight spaces and looked at the water leaks. Every single GFCI plug problem was noted, and this house had plenty. I would recommend her highly.”
