Jennifer was born and raised in the Kansas City area. She graduated from Kansas State University in 1997. A lifelong equestrian, Jennifer operated a training facility in Northwest Alabama for 12 years. While competing at the upper levels of three day eventing, she was named to the long list for the United States Equestrian Team. A desire to be near family eventually brought Jennifer back to the Kansas City area.

Since childhood, she has been exposed to both residential and commercial construction as both her parents were in the industry. This experience gave her an appreciation of the construction process and a love for restoration of old homes. Jennifer is excited to be involved in the housing industry by providing quality home inspection services.

She has completed over 1500 inspections over the past seven years. Jennifer’s goal with Happy Home Inspections is to take the anxiety out of the inspection process for buyers and provide information to sellers preparing to list their homes for sale. Graduate of the Midwest Inspectors Institute, Successful Completion of the National Home Inspector Examination and Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
